Walter Daniels Construction delivered the McDonald’s in Indianapolis, Indiana, a ground-up restaurant built to the brand’s latest prototype. The scope included full site development with new utilities, pavement and striping, building shell and envelope, and a high-efficiency MEP/FP package. Inside, we installed the production kitchen line, walk-in cooler/freezer, service counters, and durable front-of-house finishes. A dual-lane drive-thru and digital menu boards were integrated to maximize throughput and guest experience.
Working closely with McDonald’s corporate and local authorities, our team managed permitting, inspections, and health department compliance on a tight schedule. We coordinated vendor start-ups, completed punch-list closeout, and turned over a clean, fully commissioned restaurant—delivering predictable quality, safety, and on-time opening.
