OSHA

All WDC field staff comply with a minimum 10-hour OSHA training course. We reward and encourage our employees to update and further expand their safety education. Regular independent job site inspections are analyzed and used in training as a part of our commitment & ensure our employees go home safe. 

Daily Safety Inspections

Our employees are extensively trained in-house, prior to even breaking ground. We perform daily on-site safety inspections to promote a safe environment for subcontractors, clients and the general public.

Tool Box Talks

Pre-job Orientation Meetings and Site Safety Analysis are required for every project as a means to control pre-existing conditions and identify any impeding hazards. Along with weekly Tool Box Talks and Safety Inspections, we are continually ensuring safety on and around the worksite.
