Walter Daniels Construction delivered the Delta Sonic Car Wash & Fuel Center in Elmhurst, Illinois, a ground-up build designed for high throughput and durability. The project included full site development, a multi-pump fueling canopy, a high-capacity automated wash tunnel, and a clean, efficient vacuum plaza. Interior and exterior finishes were selected for longevity and easy maintenance, while the layout optimizes customer flow from entry to exit.
Our team coordinated complex scopes — underground storage tanks and fuel piping, MEP/FP integration, wash equipment installation (reclaim/RO systems, dryers, controls), trench drains and slab slopes, signage/striping, and energy-efficient lighting. Working closely with municipal authorities and utility providers, we maintained strict safety standards and delivered a turn-key facility on schedule, ready for reliable daily operations.
